Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to coordinate our internal processes related to monitoring shipments. In this role, you will manage departure, transit, and arrival events for all WEG products, including electric motors, automation solutions, energy components, and transmission and distribution systems across our global branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain clearance acceptance for maritime, flight, and road logistics.
- Create goods and invoice receipts.
- Assign the handling unit (HU) from WEG manufacturer's process to the WIN process.
- Update and confirm shipment data.
- Ensure accurate invoicing for the entire export and logistics process.
- Participate in the shipping/logistics process to ensure successful trade completion.
- Group the Export process for processing by Financial and Accounting departments.
- Support the coordination of Export documentation.
- Manage warranty processes and communicate price lists and multipliers.
- Assist during annual internal and external audits.
- Support other activities during colleagues' absences.
- Generate logistics and sales reports.
- Contribute to diverse projects across various areas.
Reporting: This position reports directly to the Controlling and Administrative Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Experience with SAP-module Exportation and PROCWORK systems (advanced level is a significant asset).
- Experience in logistics operations in Brazil, including customs clearance and international trade regulations (advanced level is a strong asset).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated initiative, focus, self-management, and analytical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative attitude.
