Logistics Coordinator - Maternity Cover (9 Months)
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. You will play a crucial role in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient coordination of orders and shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support incoming and outgoing orders for the warehouse, including distribution and mail dispatch tasks.
- Organize various shipments to designated areas.
- Coordinate with transport providers, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and timelines.
- Assist in physical warehouse operations and execute day-to-day tasks.
- Independently package event shipments.
- Maintain inventory with accurate records and execute regular stock counts to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting goods for damage, and updating the internal warehouse system.
- Support and assist with the organization of returned items, including inspection and restocking when appropriate.
- Maintain all warehouse machinery.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Coordinate incoming post, sending them digitally where accurate and physically distributing them to mail pigeon-holes.
- Drive once a week to other FIFA buildings to distribute and collect mail.
- Support other areas of Campus Hospitality & Logistics as needed.

- Fluency in English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education & Qualifications
- Commercial Apprenticeship in Logistics (Logistiker EFZ).
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Good knowledge of logistics systems.
- Driving license required.
- Willingness to perform standby duties.
