Position: Logistic Engine Transport Coordinator
Your Tasks
- Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure that Safety, Compliance, and Quality Policy are communicated and implemented within the Organization.
- Ensure that all elements of the (safety) Management System are properly implemented, maintained, and continuously improved by fulfilling all (safety) Management System-related duties as defined in the MOE and SMS Manual.
- Oversee administrative transport processing of engines in cooperation with various internal departments and freight forwarders.
- Prepare engines for international shipping and coordinate the loading process with freight forwarders and carriers.
- Create export declarations in eDec and Transit Documents in Passar, and handle the cancellation of international and national transit documents and Import customs clearance.
- Prepare and provide various delivery documents (CMR, Delivery Sheets, DGD, AWB).
- Prepare dangerous goods declarations for air and road transport (IATA, ADR, IMO) and act as the primary contact for technical inquiries on dangerous goods topics.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal inquiries related to forwarding topics, as well as for customs authorities, drivers, and partners.
- Coordinate the dispatch of goods with our logistics department in Belgrade.
- Prepare KPI Reports.
Your Profile
- Knowledge as a forwarding agent and/or customs clearance agent (import and export).
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Ability to work independently, precisely, and autonomously.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Teams and Outlook.
- Familiarity with SAP, Fastlog/Edec, Passar, and Dangerous Goods Programs is an advantage.
