Position Overview: Logistic Engine Transport Coordinator
As a Logistic Engine Transport Coordinator, you will:
Your Tasks
- Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure that Safety, Compliance, and Quality Policy is communicated, promoted, and implemented within the organization.
- Ensure that all elements of the Management System are properly implemented, maintained, and continuously improved by fulfilling all related duties and responsibilities as defined in the MOE and SMS Manual.
- Administer transport processing of engines in cooperation with various internal departments and freight forwarders.
- Prepare engines for international shipping and coordinate loading with freight forwarders and carriers.
- Create export declarations in eDec and Transit Documents in Passar, while managing international and national transit documents and conducting import customs clearance.
- Prepare and provide various delivery documents (CMR, Delivery Sheets, DGD, AWB).
- Prepare dangerous goods declarations in air and road transport (IATA, ADR, IMO) and act as the contact person for technical inquiries on dangerous goods topics.
- Serve as the contact person for internal inquiries on forwarding-related topics, customs authorities, drivers, and partners.
- Coordinate the dispatch of goods with our logistics department in Belgrade.
- Prepare KPI reports.
Your Profile
- Knowledge as a forwarding agent and/or customs clearance agent (import and export).
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Ability to work independently, precisely, and autonomously.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Teams and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP, Fastlog/Edec, Passar, and Dangerous Goods Program would be an advantage.
