Your Tasks
- Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure that the Safety, Compliance, and Quality Policy is communicated, promoted, and implemented within the organization.
- Ensure proper implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all elements of the (safety) Management System, fulfilling all related duties and responsibilities as defined in MOE and SMS Manual.
- Handle administrative transport processing of engines in collaboration with various internal departments and freight forwarders.
- Prepare engines for international shipping and coordinate loading with freight forwarders and carriers.
- Create export declarations in eDec and Transit Documents in Passar, including the cancellation of international and national transit documents, and conduct Import customs clearance.
- Prepare and provide various delivery documents (CMR, Delivery Sheets, DGD, AWB).
- Prepare dangerous goods declarations for air and road transport (IATA, ADR, IMO) and serve as the contact person for technical inquiries on dangerous goods topics.
- Act as the contact point for internal inquiries related to forwarding, as well as for customs authorities, drivers, and partners.
- Coordinate goods dispatch with our logistics department in Belgrade.
- Prepare KPI Reports.
Your Profile
- Knowledge as a forwarding agent and/or as a customs clearance agent (import and export).
- Very good command of German and English.
- Ability to work independently, precisely, and autonomously.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Teams and Outlook.
- Familiarity with SAP, Fastlog/eDec, Passar, and the Dangerous Goods Program is an advantage.
