BeeBoo is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and proactive nanny for a warm family based in Vandœuvres, Geneva. This family is looking for someone committed to building a long-term relationship and becoming a trusted and caring presence in their children’s daily lives.

The family is expecting their second child in November 2026. The role will ideally commence as soon as possible, starting at approximately 50%. This allows the nanny to gradually integrate into the family’s routine and foster a strong bond with their older child, eventually transitioning to a full-time role following the arrival of the new baby.

The Role

The nanny will be responsible for providing attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for both children.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced and very confident with newborns
• Warm, caring, and nurturing
• Comfortable caring for a 5-year-old child
• Creative and capable of organizing stimulating activities, games, outings, and age-appropriate experiences
• Proactive, organized, and able to anticipate the family’s needs
• Flexible and willing to become a trusted part of the family’s daily life

Although the family currently employs someone for household cleaning, this position is not a housekeeping role. However, the nanny should be happy to contribute to the smooth running of the household, including light tidying, occasional errands or grocery shopping, and preparing meals when required.

Schedule

The position will initially begin at approximately 50%, with the schedule to be agreed upon with the family, before increasing to full-time (100%).

At 100%, the usual schedule will be approximately:

• Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Some flexibility will be required, such as occasional days from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm to meet the family’s needs. Occasional evening and weekend babysitting may also be necessary, and the nanny should be comfortable with the possibility of traveling with the family.

Languages

Fluency in either English or German is essential. Proficiency in French and/or Arabic would be a significant advantage, as the family embraces a multicultural background.
