Job Opportunity: Housekeeper / Dog Nanny

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced housekeeper / Dog Nanny for a lakeside residence in the canton of Schwyz. This full-time position requires a detail-oriented professional who can maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in a luxury residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Manage general tidying, organizing, and daily upkeep alongside an external weekly deep-cleaning service.
• Laundry Management: Handle household laundry, bed sheets, ironing, and dry-cleaning drop-offs/collections.
• Pet Care: Provide basic care and walking for two relaxed, hypoallergenic Labradoodles.
• Food Preparation: Assist with light, simple food preparation (no heavy-duty cooking required).
• Errands & Procurement: Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, running errands, and ordering supplies before they run out.

Essential Requirements

• Valid Swiss work permit or EU citizenship with legal right to work in Switzerland.
• Fluency in English is a must; basic German required.
• No allergies to dogs and familiarity with handling them.
• Must feel comfortable around dogs.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a private luxury residence.
• Knowledge of luxury fabric care and laundry.
• Physical fitness for demanding cleaning tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be a driver for household errands.
• Reliability, discretion, and a professional demeanor.

Working Conditions

• Schedule: Up to 50 hours per week, 5 days a week – Monday to Friday.
• Salary: 70,000 – 74,000 CHF Gross per annum (no charge for accommodation).
• A self-contained, newly built basement extension featuring an en-suite bedroom with its own private entrance will be available once the extension is finished. Currently, a room with en-suite is available.
