Exciting Opportunity: Live Experience Manager
We are looking for a skilled Live Experience Manager to become a part of the Audi Revolut F1 Team. If you have a passion for motorsport, are adept in event management, and excel in fast-paced settings with a calm, hands-on approach, this could be your next career move. You will be instrumental in delivering premium off-track experiences for guests, partners, and the team at the highest level.
This position is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland.
Your Mission
- Plan and deliver world-class live experiences, including launch events, partner and media activations, signature events, driving experiences, fan engagement initiatives, and exclusive off-track hospitality.
- Oversee end-to-end event production, encompassing concept development, venue selection, guest management, on-site execution, content creation, hospitality & catering, digital integration, logistics, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure operational excellence, guaranteeing a seamless guest experience from registration and arrival to on-site engagement and catering, followed by post-event follow-up.
- Define and uphold brand and service standards that reflect the Audi Revolut F1 Team identity.
- Integrate digital and interactive elements to enhance engagement via cutting-edge technologies.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Continuously analyze event performance, refine processes, and drive operational improvements.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest execution standards.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for events.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration and effective project management with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Manage external vendors and contractors, ensuring their performance aligns with project requirements.
- Contribute to on-track events as needed.
Your Profile
- University degree in Event Management, Marketing/Communications, Sports Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Event Management, preferably within F1, motorsports, premium automotive, luxury, or sports sectors.
- Strong understanding of Formula 1 and motorsport culture, complemented by experience in premium brand environments and driving events.
- Excellent project and event management skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Strong service mindset, dedicated to ensuring world-class experiences with a consistently positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office software.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
