LIMS Administrator and CSV Professional (m/f/d)

At our location in Bern, you will take the lead as Subject Matter Expert for the local LIMS, managing its full lifecycle and validated status, while ensuring overall compliance of all QC equipment involved in data generation, processing, transfer, and storage.

Your Tasks

  • Administer the local LIMS, ensuring its validated status throughout the entire lifecycle and coordinating system changes, including computerized system validation.
  • Provide site-wide user training for LIMS and act as first-level support for system-related topics.
  • Support analytical equipment qualification and assist in the execution of computer system validation in QC.
  • Perform periodic reviews and manage system administration of all computerized systems.
  • Represent QC's data governance processes during inspections and audits, ensuring compliance and regulatory readiness.

About You

  • University degree or comparable qualification in natural sciences, applied sciences, or a related field.
  • Professional experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
  • Experience with LabVantage LIMS, CSV processes, and electronic document and quality management systems is considered an advantage.
