MediPersonal is currently seeking an engaged Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (80-100%), who is experienced in night shifts, to contribute to the best possible care for patients with competence and empathy in a renowned hospital or nursing home in Kloten.

Your Responsibilities -- Care During the Quiet Hours of the Night

• Independent care and support of patients during the night
• Ensuring professional and individualized care in accordance with current standards
• Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to optimize processes
• Recognizing and assessing emergency situations and initiating appropriate measures
• Ensuring seamless caregiving documentation and handover to the daytime team

Your Profile -- Expertise for the Night Shift

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• Experience in night shifts or willingness to gain knowledge in this area
• High degree of responsibility, independence, and resilience
• Empathy and patience when dealing with patients
• Willingness to work flexibly and integrate into a team
