We are seeking a motivated and diligent legal trainee who possesses the courage to navigate complex and ambiguous legal areas, coupled with the curiosity to learn about engaging and challenging legal questions. Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting our Legal team by providing essential advice on employment law, including matters related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, as well as litigation and investigation. You'll have the chance to address complex issues at both global and local levels, transforming challenges into viable solutions.
  • Engaging in practical tasks, managing individual legal cases, and overseeing major projects such as reorganizations, divestments, and the implementation of new policies and processes. You will draft and review agreements, internal regulations, and templates, allowing you to make an immediate impact.
  • Conducting in-depth legal research and producing legal memoranda, which will help simplify complex ideas into accessible insights, contributing to our mutual success.
  • Playing a crucial role in reporting significant legal matters to our audit committees, ensuring strict compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Swiss Bachelor of Law (BLaw) and Master of Law (MLaw).
  • Excellent proficiency in English and German, both written and verbal.
  • A high level of motivation and the ability to work independently on challenging tasks and projects.
  • Prior legal internship experience and knowledge in employment law is an advantage.
