We are looking for a motivated and diligent legal trainee who is ready to explore unknown and ambiguous legal areas while being curious and eager to learn about intriguing and challenging legal questions. Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting our Legal team by providing essential advice in employment law, including matters related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as litigation and investigations. You’ll tackle complex global and local issues, turning challenges into effective solutions.
  • Engaging in practical tasks such as managing individual legal cases and major projects including reorganizations and divestments. You will draft and review agreements, internal regulations, and templates, allowing you to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical context.
  • Conducting in-depth legal research and creating legal memoranda to break down complex ideas into digestible insights, contributing to our mutual success.
  • Reporting key legal matters to our audit committees in strict adherence to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Swiss Bachelor of Law (BLaw) and Master of Law (MLaw)
  • Excellent proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written
  • High motivation and the ability to work independently on challenging tasks and projects
  • Prior legal internship experience and knowledge in employment law are advantageous
