Job Description
We are seeking a legal professional with expertise in Swiss and international capital market issues, particularly in regulatory and securities law, civil law matters, litigation, and enforcement, as well as Swiss supervisory law.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise business lines and internal stakeholders on various legal matters, including financial market laws, IT law, (Cloud) Outsourcing, and Third Party Risk Management.
- Provide guidance on pension and insurance law, as well as corporate and commercial law.
- Support strategic Group transformation projects, regulatory audits, and initiatives aimed at establishing new business ventures.
- Conduct legal assessments, draft, and structure customized agreements and commercial contracts, including service agreements, intra-group service level agreements, index licenses, and distribution agreements.
- Review and draft Group-related documentation, including policies, marketing materials regarding data protection, and press releases.
- Oversee the review and setup of financial products, complex financial transactions, and SPV structures.
- Assume responsibility for corporate governance and commercial issues, creating appropriate documentation as needed.
- Implement national and international legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Leonteq Group and act as a Legal Project Manager when required.
