Position: Lebanese Chef

We are seeking an experienced Lebanese Chef who specializes in authentic Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing traditional Lebanese dishes such as mezze, grilled meats, shawarma, falafel, hummus, and traditional desserts
• Designing and developing Lebanese and Middle Eastern menu items
• Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards according to Swiss regulations
• Managing kitchen preparation and supporting kitchen staff
• Monitoring ingredient quality and stock levels
• Maintaining consistency in taste and authenticity of dishes
