We wish to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work closely one-on-one with a senior school student who has a neurodiverse learning profile. This role will focus on supporting the student’s access to the curriculum, organization, independence, and social-emotional well-being within the senior school environment.
The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers, the Learning Support team, pastoral staff, and parents to facilitate the student's participation in academic and community life. Experience working with neurodiverse learners (for example, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, executive functioning differences, or specific learning needs) is a distinct advantage. This post will involve supporting approximately 25-35 hours per week and is a term-time-only position.
