Position Available: Learning Assistant with Learning Hub Lead Responsibility

We are looking for a Learning Assistant to take the lead in managing and developing our learning hub (library/research area) for students aged 3-19, with a particular focus on the primary and middle years. Our learning hub is envisioned as a space for knowledge, blending the power of digital technologies and AI with traditional resources such as print materials, journals, and books. In this role, you'll collaborate with teaching staff and students to foster a love of reading, research, and knowledge acquisition across all learning areas, while also overseeing the daily management of the library and learning hub.

You'll be part of an international team dedicated to creating an outstanding learning environment for everyone.

This learning assistant role leading the learning hub is a dynamic position within our IB school where literacy, research, and knowledge are essential to developing inquisitive and knowledgeable young people. We aim to find a Learning Assistant who can manage the daily operations of the library while playing a key role in supporting student knowledge acquisition, research, and learning. This position calls for a passionate advocate for Learning Hub services at ISR, working closely with teaching staff, students, parents, and the broader community to promote reading, research, and knowledge literacy.

The role is part-time, scheduled from Monday to Friday, 08:45 AM to 1:15 PM, during ISR term time (for 185 days per year during ISR school openings). We strongly welcome applications from underrepresented groups in education.
