Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the assigned team in a multicultural environment.
- Assign work assignments to employees and plan resources according to the workload while monitoring work efficiency.
- Assist in defining the shop layout and coordinate implementation (equipment, tools, workspaces, etc.).
- Support internal and external audits, coordinating the implementation of necessary improvements and corrective actions.
- Participate in interviews with candidates during the selection process for technicians and administrative personnel.
- Manage and coordinate all necessary arrangements for the admission process, including SRT card, uniform, training program, tooling car, and integration on the shop floor.
- Oversee the On-the-Job Training (OJT), qualification, certification processes, and provide feedback on technician performance.
- Assist in defining training plans and coordinate their implementation.
- Identify and develop a supervisor deputy as part of the phase-out/phase-in process, ensuring job continuity.
- Define and maintain the established 5S standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and related activities.
- Apply the Performance Management Process (PMP) and actively motivate employees.
Your Profile
- 4 years of technical apprenticeship.
- Experience in Engine MRO.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with strong management skills and proven leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Willingness to work in two shifts.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and higher correlations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a group of employees.
- Willingness to educate and train in the relevant fields of activity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- High independence, self-initiative, and a proactive approach to work.
- Good IT knowledge, including SAP R/3.
- A passion for and experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
