Your Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the assigned team in a multicultural environment.
- Assign work tasks to employees, plan resources based on workload, and monitor work efficiency.
- Assist in defining shop layouts and coordinate implementation (equipment, tools, workspaces, etc.).
- Support internal and external audits, coordinating the implementation of necessary improvements and corrective actions.
- Participate in interviews during the candidate selection process for technicians and administrative personnel.
- Manage and coordinate all arrangements for the admission process (SRT card, uniform, training program, tooling car, integration on the shop floor, etc.).
- Oversee the On-the-Job Training (OJT), Qualification, and Certification Processes, providing feedback on technician performance.
- Assist in defining and coordinating the implementation of training plans.
- Identify and develop a supervisory deputy to ensure job continuity during transitions.
- Define and ensure adherence to established 5S standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive related activities.
- Implement the Performance Management Process (PMP) and actively motivate employees.
Your Profile
- 4 years of technical apprenticeship.
- Experience in Engine MRO.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing management, with proven leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
- Strong operational knowledge and an understanding of complex correlations in the field.
- Ability to lead and motivate a group of employees.
- Commitment to educating and training in the relevant field of activity.
- Good interpersonal skills with high independence and self-initiative.
- Proficient IT skills, including knowledge of SAP R/3.
- Strong understanding of and a drive for continuous improvement.
