Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the assigned team in a multicultural environment.
  • Assign work tasks to employees, plan resources based on workload, and monitor work efficiency.
  • Assist in defining shop layouts and coordinate implementation (equipment, tools, workspaces, etc.).
  • Support internal and external audits, coordinating the implementation of necessary improvements and corrective actions.
  • Participate in interviews during the candidate selection process for technicians and administrative personnel.
  • Manage and coordinate all arrangements for the admission process (SRT card, uniform, training program, tooling car, integration on the shop floor, etc.).
  • Oversee the On-the-Job Training (OJT), Qualification, and Certification Processes, providing feedback on technician performance.
  • Assist in defining and coordinating the implementation of training plans.
  • Identify and develop a supervisory deputy to ensure job continuity during transitions.
  • Define and ensure adherence to established 5S standards.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive related activities.
  • Implement the Performance Management Process (PMP) and actively motivate employees.

Your Profile

  • 4 years of technical apprenticeship.
  • Experience in Engine MRO.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing management, with proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
  • Strong operational knowledge and an understanding of complex correlations in the field.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a group of employees.
  • Commitment to educating and training in the relevant field of activity.
  • Good interpersonal skills with high independence and self-initiative.
  • Proficient IT skills, including knowledge of SAP R/3.
  • Strong understanding of and a drive for continuous improvement.
