Your Tasks

  • Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and piece parts according to schedule.
  • Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts.
  • Request and execute engine modifications.
  • Control executed modifications and configuration on single parts and assemblies.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety.
  • Handle operating equipment (resources) in an environmentally conscious manner.
  • Measure control of the assemblies in mounted condition.
  • Execute tasks timely and perform independent self-checks on completed orders.
  • Document activities as per regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and implement defined actions promptly.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in metal specialization (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineering, machine mechanics, or equivalent).
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Aviation MRO industry.
  • Authorization to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66 is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility for weekend shifts.
  • Ability to independently carry out assigned tasks with precision and responsibility.
  • Open-minded and dedicated team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong awareness of safety, quality, and cost considerations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with SAP.
  • Knowledge of the English language (level B1); knowledge of German is a plus.
