Your Tasks
- Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and piece parts on schedule.
- Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts.
- Request and execute engine modifications.
- Control executed modifications and configurations on single parts and assemblies.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work and maintain a high quality of work.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
- Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety.
- Handle operating equipment resources with environmental consciousness.
- Conduct measurement control of assemblies in mounted condition.
- Execute assignments promptly and perform independent self-checks on completed orders.
- Document activities assigned in compliance with regulations.
- Conduct internal audits (such as 5S audits) and ensure timely implementation of defined actions.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineering, machine mechanics, or equivalent).
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
- Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66.
- Willingness to work in two shifts with flexibility for weekend work.
- Ability to execute assigned tasks independently and responsibly with precision.
- An open-minded and dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
- High awareness of safety, quality, and cost.
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of the English language (level B1); proficiency in German is an advantage.
