Your Responsibilities

  • Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and piece parts on schedule
  • Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts
  • Request and execute engine modifications
  • Control executed modifications and configuration on single parts and assemblies
  • Perform assigned work on time and ensure quality of work
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety
  • Handle operating equipment in an environmentally conscious manner
  • Measure control of assemblies in mounted condition
  • Execute tasks independently with self-control over performed orders
  • Document activities in accordance with regulations
  • Conduct internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and implement defined actions promptly

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent)
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry
  • Preferred authorization to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66
  • Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly
  • Open-minded and dedicated team player with strong communication skills
  • High awareness of safety, quality, and cost
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP experience
  • Knowledge of English (level B1); knowledge of German is a plus
