Your Responsibilities

• Assembly and disassembly of aircraft engines and engine modules
• Technical and administrative completion of all assigned work in accordance with regulations
• Perform assigned work on time while ensuring quality standards are met
• Application of Lean methodology
• Continuous improvement of processes with the goal of enhancing quality and safety
• Environmentally conscious handling of equipment and resources
• Independent work with an economic approach and mindset

Your Profile

• Experience in Engine MRO (specifically with CFM, PW, GE, or RR Engines)
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Good health condition with resilience and flexibility
• Personal responsibility and self-motivation are essential
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts
