Your Responsibilities

• Assembly and disassembly of aircraft engines and engine modules
• Technical and administrative completion of all assigned work in accordance with regulations
• Performing work on time while ensuring quality standards are met
• Application of Lean methodology
• Continuous improvement of processes aimed at enhancing quality and safety
• Environmentally conscious handling of equipment and resources
• Independent work coupled with an economic approach to thinking and acting

Your Profile

• Experience in Engine MRO (specifically with CFM, PW, GE, or RR Engines)
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Good health condition, resilient, and flexible
• Personal responsibility and self-motivation are essential
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage
• Willingness to work in two shifts
