Key Responsibilities

  • Disassemble and assemble engines (LEAP series, PW1100) in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Perform inspections and checks on engines and engine parts.
  • Measure control of the assemblies in mounted condition.
  • Execute tasks in a timely manner, maintaining independent self-control of performed orders.
  • Document activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and timely implement defined actions.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent).
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
  • Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66.
  • Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly.
  • Open-minded and dedicated team player.
  • High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with SAP experience being a plus.
  • Knowledge of the English language (minimum level B1); German would be an advantage.
