Join Our Team as a Lean CI Specialist - Engine Services

Your Tasks
- Continuously identify and reduce non-value-added activities, as well as safety, environmental, and health hazards, by participating in area-specific go-look-learn and waste walks.
- Facilitate or participate in improvement activities, projects, or workshops, including:
- 5S activities (workshops, audits, daily activities)
- Standardization activities (process documentation, standard work definition)
- Problem solving (root cause analysis investigations)
- Value stream mapping (workshops and action implementation)
- Share and implement best practices across business areas by gathering standards, improvement results, and best practices to share with the CI Manager and other CI Specialists.
- Roll out theoretical and practical training, coaching, and communication of standard lean CI tools and methodologies within your area, including:
- Weekly communication of CI-related updates
- Guidance on practical lean tool/methodology usage
Your Profile
- Degree in quality, process, or industrial engineering (Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or Economics is a plus)
- Lean CI qualification: Green Belt (or equivalent) required; Black Belt desired
- Project management: proven track record/experience (certification is a plus)
- Experience: 2+ years in Lean CI, 2+ years in process management, 1+ year in project management as project lead
- Background: 1+ year in a production/manufacturing environment (MRO experience is a plus)
- Languages: Proficient in English (B2, C1 desirable) and German (C1 mandatory)
- Strong facilitation/training mindset is an advantage (e.g., running workshops and coaching teams)
