The Lead Process Excellence is responsible for supporting the separation and standardization of core business processes and products across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, and Deliver streams. This role requires knowledge of Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Master Data processes, as well as demonstrated experience in leading a team of experts to meet timeline, scope, and objectives. The Lead Process Excellence collaborates with business teams, technology teams, domain experts, and other functions to gain a deep understanding of current business needs and capabilities, benchmarking, continuous improvement, consistent process documentation, and product deployment through various programs.

Johnson & Johnson has announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of this planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions and approvals.
