Job Description
- Independent leadership and coordination of high and low current projects in an industrial operation.
- Professional guidance and motivation of assembly teams – both internal and external.
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Documentation of project progress as well as preparation of reports.
- Support during commissioning and handover to the customer.
- Collaboration with technical services to resolve disturbances and repairs.
We Expect
- Completed training as an electrician EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Confident handling of technical plans and diagrams.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Driving license category B is an advantage.
