Job Description
- Independent execution of new construction or renovation projects
- Assigning and overseeing work for technicians, apprentices, and subcontractors
- Participation in construction meetings, representing the project leader when necessary
- Maintaining a construction journal
- Writing project reports, conducting measurement controls, and plan checks
- Monitoring weekly reports
- Placing material orders with wholesalers
- Scheduling assembly personnel
- Ensuring compliance with work requirements
- Adhering to regulations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in Switzerland as an electrical technician, qualified electrical installer, or an equivalent training recognized by ESTI
- Several years of practical experience as a construction supervisor
- Independent working style is a prerequisite
- Experience mentoring apprentices and technicians
- Willingness to teach and guide apprentices
- Neat appearance and structured working style
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written
- Ability to inspire enthusiasm and engagement
