How You Can Make an Impact

• Deliver high-quality legal advice to clients across diverse industries on domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and joint ventures, as well as post-transaction reorganizations and integrations.
• Play a key role in executing end-to-end M&A engagements in collaboration with financial advisory, tax, consulting, and other Deloitte service lines, coordinating complex transactions with clients, involved service lines, and external parties.
• Participate in various projects driven by other Deloitte service lines and gain insights into our multidisciplinary approach.
• Be an integral part of our growing Deloitte Legal team, helping us shape and grow our transactional services in the market.
• Embark on a clear, long-term career path with a professional training curriculum.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are admitted to the bar in Switzerland or Germany, ideally with academic or professional experience gained abroad.
• You have 3-5 years of post-bar admission experience in transactional matters, gained in a traditional law firm, a professional services firm, or as an in-house lawyer in a multinational firm.
• You possess a “can do” and client/solution-oriented attitude, with the ability to collaborate and engage smoothly with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• You can take project ownership and analyze complex problems, developing and communicating solution options while managing multiple deadlines in a demanding environment.
• You have an entrepreneurial, pragmatic mindset with an affinity for innovation and technology-enabled legal services.
• You are communicative and resilient, demonstrating a high level of self-initiative and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• You speak fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
