How You Can Make an Impact

  • Provide high-quality legal advice to our clients across various industries on domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, joint ventures, as well as post-transaction reorganization and integration engagements.
  • Play a key role in executing end-to-end M&A engagements alongside financial advisory, tax, consulting, and other Deloitte service lines, coordinating complex transactions with clients, involved Deloitte service lines, and external parties.
  • Participate in various projects driven by other Deloitte service lines and gain insights into our multidisciplinary approach.
  • Become an integral part of our growing Deloitte Legal team, helping to further shape and develop our transactional services in the market.
  • Embark on a clear, long-term career path with a professional training curriculum.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Admitted to the bar in Switzerland or Germany, with academic or professional experience gained abroad ideally.
  • 3-5 years of post-bar admission experience in transactional matters, gained in a traditional law firm, a professional services firm, or as an in-house lawyer in a multinational firm.
  • A 'can do' and client/solution-oriented attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Capable of taking project ownership, analyzing complex problems, developing and communicating solution options, and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving advisory environment.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic approach and an affinity for innovation and technology-enabled legal services.
  • A communicative and resilient personality with a high level of self-initiative and a commitment to going the extra mile.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
