Are you a lawyer with a passion for M&A transactions and a desire to help shape a high-performing M&A team? At Deloitte Legal, you'll work on transformative deals for national and international clients while contributing to the strategic growth of our M&A practice group.

We provide comprehensive legal advice across several areas, focusing mainly on M&A, corporate, commercial, financial, capital market, and employment law matters. We are seeking proactive, team-oriented lawyers who are ready to bring fresh ideas and influence our legal practice. How You Can Make an Impact

• Provide high-quality legal advice to clients across a wide range of industries on domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and joint ventures.
• Execute end-to-end M&A engagements in coordination with financial advisory, tax, consulting, and other Deloitte service lines.
• Participate in various projects driven by different Deloitte service lines and gain insights into our multidisciplinary way of working.
• Play a vital role in our growing Deloitte Legal team, helping to further shape and develop our transactional services in the market.
• Engage in a clear, long-term career path with a professional training curriculum.

Who We Are Looking For

• Admitted to the bar in Switzerland or Germany with academic or professional experience gained abroad.
• 3-5 years of post-bar-admission experience in transactional matters gained in a traditional law firm, a professional services firm, or as an in-house lawyer in a multinational firm.
• A "can-do" and client/solution-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to take project ownership, analyze complex problems, and communicate solution options effectively while managing multiple deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic mindset with an affinity for innovation and technology-enabled legal services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high self-initiative, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
