Job Description

Our ambition is to lead in immunology across international markets, with Remibrutinib at the heart of our prioritized launch strategy. The Director International, Remibrutinib plays a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of the comprehensive brand strategy for Remibrutinib in major international markets. This position is part of the International commercial team and will closely collaborate with the top three countries—Germany, Japan, and China—to ensure the successful launch and growth of Remibrutinib, as well as support the forthcoming launch of CSU and other upcoming indications. The incumbent will work closely with International Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Customer & Market Activation teams to drive consistent strategy development and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including product positioning, differentiation, and scientific messaging to maximize market penetration.
  • Collaborate with launch teams in the top three countries (China, Japan, and Germany) to create robust strategic plans, ensuring meticulous execution and performance evaluation.
  • Continuously collect and integrate feedback from countries and regions to refine brand strategy and enhance specific projects or deliverables.
  • Analyze market trends and conduct market research, capturing insights from customers to understand market dynamics and competition. Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support Remibrutinib International Commercialization Excellence (ICE) initiatives, driving best practices in customer engagement strategies.

Essential Requirements

  • Over 10 years of commercial experience across various functions in country(s) and/or above country, demonstrating a deep understanding of the commercial landscape.
  • Proven track record of successful launches with commercial experience in core markets.
  • Marketing experience, ideally in immunology, particularly with dermatologists and allergologists.
  • Strong team player in high-performing/high-growth brands or markets, with insight into key drivers that influence customer and patient behaviors to ensure successful asset launches.
  • Strong history of collaboration and partnership across diverse teams and key markets to achieve strategic and performance targets.
