Job Description
We strive to be leaders in immunology across international markets, and Remibrutinib is central to our mission as a prioritized launch within our organization. The Director International, Remibrutinib will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the end-to-end brand strategy for Remibrutinib across key international markets. Working closely with our international commercial team, this individual will coordinate efforts with Germany, Japan, and China to ensure the successful launch and growth of Remibrutinib, while also supporting the launch of CSU and other upcoming indications. Collaborative efforts with International Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Customer & Market Activation teams will be crucial in driving consistent strategy development and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass product positioning, differentiation, and scientific messaging to maximize market penetration.
- Partner with launch teams in key markets (China, Japan, and Germany) to create robust strategic plans, ensuring meticulous execution and performance measurement.
- Integrate feedback from various regions to refine and enhance brand strategy and specific projects or deliverables.
- Analyze market trends and conduct market research to capture insights from customers, deeply understanding competitive market dynamics.
- Support Remibrutinib International Commercialization Excellence (ICE) initiatives, fostering best practices in customer engagement strategies.
Essential Requirements
- Over 10 years of commercial experience across various functions, demonstrating a broad and deep understanding of the commercial landscape.
- Proven track record of successful product launches, particularly within core markets.
- Marketing experience in immunology, ideally working alongside dermatologists and allergologists.
- A strong team player with a solid understanding of key drivers influencing customer and patient behaviors for successful asset launches.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key markets to achieve strategic and performance targets.
