Job Description
As a Landscaping Foreman, you will be a key player in organizing and executing the landscaping projects of our company. You will be responsible for supervising the teams on-site and ensuring the quality of the work carried out within deadlines, safety standards, and client expectations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supervising a team of landscapers on-site and allocating tasks based on skills and priorities.
- Organizing and coordinating landscaping work, including planting, pruning, maintenance, and outdoor arrangements.
- Managing supplies of materials, equipment, and tools needed for each site.
- Monitoring the sites for quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Ensuring the safety of the team by adhering to current protocols and raising awareness about the importance of workplace safety.
- Communicating with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address their specific needs.
- Reporting on the progress of work, issues encountered, and proposed solutions.
We Expect:
- Languages: Proficiency in German and French.
- Significant experience in the field of landscaping, with prior experience in team management or as a team leader.
- Solid technical knowledge in landscaping (creation, maintenance, planting, outdoor arrangements, etc.).
- Leadership and organizational skills: ability to manage a team and optimize project progress.
- Rigorous and deadline-oriented: capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Autonomy and initiative: able to make decisions on-site to quickly resolve unforeseen issues.
- A valid driver's license.
