- Culture of mammalian cell lines, including maintenance, amplification, banking, quality control, and characterization of multiple cell lines.
- Isolate and culture primary human cells (e.g., isolation of PBMCs, NK cells, or T cells).
- Perform and analyze immuno-oncology in vitro assays for the characterization of novel biological candidates, including but not limited to:
- Analyze experimental data using appropriate software (e.g., FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, Excel, JMP) and report results in laboratory notebooks in a timely manner.
- Write detailed protocols and contribute to internal documentation following company standards.
- Present experimental results in English during regular team meetings.
- Contribute to general laboratory maintenance, including equipment upkeep, reagent preparation, and ordering of supplies.
- Comply with all safety and HSE guidelines.
- Perform other relevant responsibilities as required to support project and departmental goals.
