Key Responsibilities

As a part of our dynamic team, you will take on the following key responsibilities:

  • Cultivate mammalian cell lines, which includes maintenance, amplification, banking, quality control, and characterization of various cell lines.
  • Isolate and culture primary human cells, such as PBMCs, NK cells, or T cells.
  • Perform and analyze immuno-oncology in vitro assays to characterize novel biological candidates, employing techniques including but not limited to:
    • Primary human cell-based assays
    • Multicolor flow cytometry
    • Multiplex cytokine profiling
  • Analyze experimental data with appropriate software tools (e.g., FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, Excel, JMP), ensuring timely documentation of results in laboratory notebooks.
  • Write detailed protocols and contribute to internal documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Present experimental results in English during regular team meetings.
  • Contribute to general laboratory maintenance, which includes equipment upkeep, reagent preparation, and ordering of supplies.
  • Adhere to all safety and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
  • Perform other relevant responsibilities as needed to support project and departmental goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A technical degree in immunology, oncology, cellular biology, or a related life sciences field.
  • Hands-on expertise in primary cell culture, flow cytometry (mandatory), and cytokine analyses.
  • Experience in BSL-2 facilities and isolating immune cells from human biological samples (e.g., PBMCs).
  • Proficiency in analyzing multicolor flow cytometry data using FlowJo or equivalent software.
  • A strong understanding of immunological principles and cell-based assay development.
  • Prior experience in oncology, antibody discovery, or drug development within an industrial or translational research environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
