Job Opportunity: Label Document Controller (Label Design)

We are seeking a motivated team player for our client, a global pharmaceutical company located near Lucerne. The Label Document Controller (Label Design) will be an integral part of a medium-sized team consisting of 8 colleagues. This position requires full-time on-site dedication, with no option for remote work.

The Label Design Specialist, reporting directly to the Manager of Planning and Scheduling, will primarily focus on designing clinical labels utilizing label print software (CSLS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose label sizes and study designs based on country-specific label text.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for inquiries regarding clinical labels from other teams.
  • Coordinate and advise Operations Planners on label strategy for clinical packaging projects.
  • Review country-specific label text for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage randomization schedules for clinical studies.
  • Review and release label batch record documents.
  • Ensure timely completion of activities and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Design clinical labels for both primary and secondary packaging jobs.
  • Operate in accordance with GMP standards and internal guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Completed apprenticeship in Laboratory, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or similar fields.
  • Preferred experience in clinical supplies packaging or labeling operations.
  • Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures, and SOP execution.
  • Proficient in German at B2/C1 level; English skills are a plus.
  • Structured and proactive working attitude.
  • Ability to organize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Diligent and quality-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexible and team-oriented mindset.
