We are seeking a motivated team player for our client, a global pharmaceutical company located near Lucerne. As a Label Document Controller (Label Design Specialist), you will be a vital part of a medium-sized team comprising eight colleagues, working exclusively at the company location without the option for remote work.
The Label Design Specialist will report directly to the Manager of Planning and Scheduling. Your primary responsibility will be to design clinical labels using advanced label printing software (CSLS).
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
Propose label sizes and study designs based on country-specific label text.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various inquiries regarding clinical labels from other teams.
Coordinate and advise the Operations Planner on label strategy for clinical packaging jobs.
Review country-specific label text for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Manage randomization schedules for clinical studies.
Review and release label batch record documents.
Ensure all activities are completed within established timelines and escalate any issues promptly.
Design clinical labels for primary and secondary packaging jobs.
Work in accordance with GMP standards and internal guidelines.
Your Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship in Laboratory, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in clinical supplies packaging/labeling operations is preferred.
Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures, and SOP execution.
Proficient in German at B2/C1 level; English proficiency is a plus.
Structured and proactive work approach.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Diligent, quality-oriented, with a keen eye for detail.
Flexible and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
