Job Opportunity: Label Document Controller (Label Design)

For our client, a global pharmaceutical company located near Lucerne, we are seeking a motivated team player to join as a Label Document Controller (Label Design). The successful candidate will work exclusively at the location, collaborating with a medium-sized team of eight colleagues. The Label Design Specialist will report directly to the Manager of Planning and Scheduling.

The primary responsibility of the Label Design Specialist within Global Clinical Supplies is to design clinical labels using label print software (CSLS).

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Proposing label sizes and study designs based on country-specific label text.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for questions on clinical labels from various teams.
  • Coordinating and advising the Operations Planner on label strategy for clinical packaging jobs.
  • Reviewing country-specific label text for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Handling randomization schedules for clinical studies.
  • Reviewing and releasing label batch record documents.
  • Ensuring activities are completed within given timelines and escalating issues in a timely manner.
  • Designing clinical labels for primary and secondary packaging jobs.
  • Working in accordance with GMP standards and internal guidelines.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed apprenticeship in Laboratory, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in clinical supplies packaging and labeling operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures, and SOP execution.
  • Proficiency in German at B2/C1 level; English is a plus.
  • Structured and proactive working attitude.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Diligent, quality-oriented, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexible and team-oriented mindset.
