Your Responsibilities
- Support in conducting experiments with human samples.
- Cryopreservation of human sample materials.
- Regular performance of mouse experiments with mouse models that require interventions on mice.
- Breeding and genotyping of mice.
- Cell culture of mouse cell lines and maintenance of organoids.
- Operation of our flow cytometry instruments for experiments.
- Conducting experiments for single-cell sequencing.
- Processing and analysis of experimental data.
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in natural sciences.
- Knowledge: Competence in handling mice and conducting mouse experiments.
- Advantageous: Experience with flow cytometry, PCR, and cell culture.
- Advantageous: Experience with experiments using human samples.
- Advantageous: Previous knowledge in immunology.
- Advantageous: Advanced manual dexterity.
- Willingness: Ability to work independently and responsibly.
