Main Duties
- Preparation of authentic Korean dishes
- Planning and management of kitchen operations
- Development of Korean menus and recipes
- Quality control of food and ingredients
- Training and supervision of kitchen staff
- Ordering and inventory management
- Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Korean cuisine
- Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef is preferred
- Ability to independently prepare traditional Korean dishes
- Knowledge of Korean food culture and cooking techniques
- A responsible, reliable, and team-oriented personality
- Korean language skills are an advantage
