Position Overview: Kitting - Quality Specialist

As a Kitting - Quality Specialist, you will prepare engine piece part kits for module assembly, check material conditions, including P/N and S/N verification, and update SAP to support the quality and operating program.

Your Tasks

• Check P/N and S/N on piece part level for CFM56, PW4000, PW1100, LEAP 1A, and 1B.
• Assess material effectivity and damages.
• Prepare module kits according to material planning dispositions.
• Conduct technical goods receiving inspections.
• Complete technical and administrative tasks according to relevant guidelines, including SAP structure updates.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining the quality of completed work.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma concepts (Lean Events, Root Cause Analysis, 5S) to promote continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• An apprenticeship as a technician or equivalent is required.
• Self-discipline, self-responsibility, strong communication abilities, and a readiness for teamwork are essential.
• Professional experience with a solid understanding of operational activities related to delivering specific services, with at least 3 years of experience in a quality-driven industry, preferably in the MRO industry.
• A quality and safety-driven mindset.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• Ability to perform tasks precisely, independently, and with attention to detail is required.
• B1 level of English and B2 level of German are mandatory.
