Position: Kitting - Quality Specialist

As a Kitting - Quality Specialist, you will:

Your Tasks

• Check P/N and S/N at the piece part level for CFM56 PW4000 / PW1100 / LEAP 1A / 1B
• Inspect material effectivity and damages
• Prepare module kits according to material planning disposition
• Conduct technical goods receiving inspections
• Complete technical and administrative tasks according to relevant guidelines, including SAP structure updates
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high standards of quality
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma concepts (Lean Events, Root Cause Analysis, 5S) to drive continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Apprenticeship as a technician or equivalent is required
• Self-discipline, responsibility, strong communication skills, and a readiness for teamwork are essential
• Professional experience with a significant understanding of operational activities related to service delivery, with at least 3 years in a quality-driven industry, preferably in the MRO sector
• A quality and safety-driven mindset
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Ability to work precisely and independently
• B1 level of English and B2 level of German are required
