The Institut auf dem Rosenberg is an international boarding school founded in 1889. Renowned for its individual approach to education, the school hosts students from around the globe. Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and proper organization of the kitchen and equipment:
    • Good knowledge of HACCP standards.
    • Keeping all kitchen sections clean and sanitized.
    • Ensuring cookware is clean, well-organized, and ready for use.
    • Washing kitchen utensils and equipment including stoves, refrigerators, tilt frying pans, ovens, deep fryers, etc.
    • Reporting damaged or defective equipment to management.
    • Assisting in managing inventory by tracking deliveries, unloading shipments, and properly storing supplies.
    • Preparation of mise en place and arranging platters.
