Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleanliness and proper organization of the kitchen and equipment:
- Good knowledge of HACCP standards.
- Keeping all kitchen sections clean and sanitized.
- Ensuring cookware is clean, well-organized, and ready for use.
- Washing kitchen utensils and equipment including stoves, refrigerators, tilt frying pans, ovens, deep fryers, etc.
- Reporting damaged or defective equipment to management.
- Assisting in managing inventory by tracking deliveries, unloading shipments, and properly storing supplies.
- Preparation of mise en place and arranging platters.
