Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a clean kitchen and ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and organized, which includes:
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP standards
- Keeping all kitchen sections clean and sanitized
- Ensuring cookware is cleaned, well-organized, and ready for use
- Washing kitchen utensils and equipment such as stoves, refrigerators, tilt frying pans, ovens, and deep fryers
- Reporting any damaged or defective equipment to management
- Assisting in inventory management by tracking deliveries, unloading shipments, and storing supplies properly
- Preparing the mise en place and arranging platters

- Can communicate effectively in English
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar or equivalent position is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and a hardworking nature
- Awareness and appreciation of cultural diversity

- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
