Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean kitchen and ensure all equipment is properly organized and well-maintained, which includes:
- Proficient understanding of HACCP standards.
- Keeping all kitchen sections clean and sanitized.
- Ensuring cookware is cleaned, well organized, and ready for use.
- Washing kitchen utensils and equipment such as stoves, refrigerators, tilt frying pans, ovens, deep fryers, etc.
- Reporting damaged or defective equipment to management.
- Assisting in inventory management, including tracking deliveries, unloading shipments, and proper storage of supplies.
- Preparation of mise en place and arrangement of platters.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.

- Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
