Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean kitchen and ensure all equipment is properly organized and well-maintained, which includes:
    • Proficient understanding of HACCP standards.
    • Keeping all kitchen sections clean and sanitized.
    • Ensuring cookware is cleaned, well organized, and ready for use.
    • Washing kitchen utensils and equipment such as stoves, refrigerators, tilt frying pans, ovens, deep fryers, etc.
    • Reporting damaged or defective equipment to management.
    • Assisting in inventory management, including tracking deliveries, unloading shipments, and proper storage of supplies.
    • Preparation of mise en place and arrangement of platters.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.

  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
