Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean kitchen with well-organized and properly maintained equipment, which includes:
- Strong knowledge of HACCP standards
- Ensuring all kitchen sections are clean and sanitized
- Keeping cookware cleaned, organized, and ready for use
- Washing kitchen utensils and equipment, such as stoves, refrigerators, tilt frying pans, ovens, and deep fryers
- Reporting damaged or defective equipment to management
- Assisting in inventory management, including tracking deliveries, unloading shipments, and proper storage of supplies
- Preparing the mise en place and arranging platters

Requirements
- Experience in a similar or relevant position is preferred

- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
