Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean kitchen with well-organized and properly maintained equipment, which includes:
    • Strong knowledge of HACCP standards
    • Ensuring all kitchen sections are clean and sanitized
    • Keeping cookware cleaned, organized, and ready for use
    • Washing kitchen utensils and equipment, such as stoves, refrigerators, tilt frying pans, ovens, and deep fryers
    • Reporting damaged or defective equipment to management
    • Assisting in inventory management, including tracking deliveries, unloading shipments, and proper storage of supplies
    • Preparing the mise en place and arranging platters

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar or relevant position is preferred

  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland
