Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a clean kitchen and well-organized equipment, including:
- Solid knowledge of HACCP standards
- Ensuring all kitchen sections are clean and sanitized
- Keeping cookware organized and readily available for use
- Washing kitchen utensils and equipment, including stoves, refrigerators, ovens, deep fryers, and tilt frying pans
- Reporting any damaged or defective equipment to management
- Assisting with inventory management by tracking deliveries, unloading shipments, and properly storing supplies
- Preparing mise en place and arranging platters

- Are exceptionally well-organized and structured
- Are flexible, open-minded, independent, and eager to further develop their skills

- Possess strong communication skills in English
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar or the same position is expected
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
