Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean kitchen and ensure all equipment is properly organized and well-maintained.
- Possess a good understanding of HACCP standards.
- Keep all kitchen sections thoroughly clean and sanitized.
- Ensure cookware is cleaned, organized, and ready for use.
- Wash kitchen utensils and equipment including stoves, refrigerators, tilt frying pans, ovens, deep fryers, etc.
- Report any damaged or defective equipment to management.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking deliveries, unloading shipments, and properly storing supplies.
- Prepare 'mise en place' and arrange platters.
