Position: Kitchen Employee
Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Employee, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
Implementing HACCP standards to ensure food safety and quality.
Keeping all kitchen sections clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
Organizing and preparing cookware for use.
Washing kitchen utensils and equipment, including stoves, refrigerators, tilt frying pans, ovens, and deep fryers.
Reporting any damaged or defective equipment to management.
Assisting in inventory management by tracking deliveries and properly storing supplies.
Preparing mise en place and arranging platters for service.
