Position: Kitchen Employee

Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Employee, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing HACCP standards to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Keeping all kitchen sections clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
  • Organizing and preparing cookware for use.
  • Washing kitchen utensils and equipment, including stoves, refrigerators, tilt frying pans, ovens, and deep fryers.
  • Reporting any damaged or defective equipment to management.
  • Assisting in inventory management by tracking deliveries and properly storing supplies.
  • Preparing mise en place and arranging platters for service.

Requirements
